Suspicous Activity Reported Richardson Street/West Water Street Area

We received a report recently from an adult female that was walking in this area. She stated that two male parties in their 50s, both with beards, were making some comments towards her while they were in a small white pick-up truck. At one point one of the males exited the vehicle on foot. The female left the area.
