No Shave November

You may notice some of our officers starting to look a little "scruffy" this month...

Chief Skory has allowed officers to participate in the "No Shave November" fundraiser, where people let their hair grow free, recognizing that many of those fighting cancer lose theirs.

Participating officers and the unions have made donations to Cops For Kids With Cancer. This is a great Massachusetts charity that provides funds to families of children that are struggling through cancer treatments, and has directly benefited several Wakefield families.
