College Intern Program Overview
The Wakefield Police Department has been involved with police/college intern programs for many years. We fully appreciate the value of educating young men and women from our community on the rewards of a career in public safety. Many interns have gone on to become Wakefield Police Officers.
Requirements
- You must be a resident of Wakefield.
- Your internship must be part of an accredited college curriculum.
- You must meet the high character standards of the Wakefield Police Department
